Job Overview:

As a Bartender at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will provide a fun and exceptional dining experience for our guests by delivering friendly, attentive service and knowledge about our bar and menu offerings. You will be responsible for making cocktails, pouring beer and wine, for our guests at the bar and throughout the entire restaurant and ensuring that guests have a memorable time in our sports-themed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Have a expert knowledge of our fresh made cocktails, beer, and wine selections
Serve our guests in a fun and spirited manner.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Deliver all beverages to our servers in timely manner for the restaurant while keeping conversation flowing at the bar.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Promote specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and a passion to keep learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for sports and providing excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate through a busy restaurant setting.
